Hi, I'm Jeff Tudor, founder of Bigwell Bookkeeping. I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and business — and I got tired of watching small business owners struggle with the one thing that shouldn't be a struggle: knowing where their money is.

Anna and I share something that goes deeper than being a father-daughter team: a strong Christian faith that shapes how we work and how we treat the people who trust us. No. We work in both QuickBooks Online and Xero — whichever you're already using. If you're on spreadsheets or nothing at all, we'll help you pick the right tool for your business and get it set up from scratch.
We use AI tools to accelerate transaction categorization, flag anomalies, and generate the plain-English insights report you receive each month. A real human reviews everything — AI handles the heavy lifting so we deliver faster and catch more. You never interact with the AI directly; you just see cleaner, faster, more insightful books.
Completely normal — we see this all the time. We'll do a cleanup project to get everything current, then transition you into monthly service. Cleanup is quoted separately at a fixed price after reviewing your file. No hourly billing, no surprises.
